Dogs in season must wear panties and may be asked to leave if it’s too much distraction. Contact the instructor.

DHLPP or DHPP and Rabies once the dog is old enough are required. You can email a copy to the instructor or bring the vet papers with you.

About this event
In this 4-week class we will teach you how to train your dog to recognize and find the birch scent in two of the four element settings in the AKC Scent Work odor divisions--buried and exterior.
In this Part 2 class, we will continue to develop the skills learned in part 1, however we will not spend a great deal of time learning basic skills. For this reason, you must have completed the Novice Scent Work Part 1 class.
The instructors will provide information on AKC scent work titling programs, guidance for entering your first AKC Scent work trial, where to go to find the trials and how to sign up.
This class will meet 9/6, 9/13, 9/20, and 9/27.
